Wilderness is a place of barrenness – devoid of even the bare necessities of life. There is neither water nor food, and most importantly, no companionship.
No sane person volunteers to spend time in the wilderness. The poor soul who wanders into wilderness is often stripped of things that are dearest and most important to his well-being and even survival.
Aging (and ultimately dying) can be like the wilderness experience. The good news is that it does not have to be. It is a process that we can prepare for and celebrate during.

I hope this blog will be a companion in your journey through wilderness in order to reach the great promised land of happiness and fulfilment.
